I am sorry you are dealing with knee pain, Alex! But hope this is helpful to you! Totally normal to feel sluggish but know you have not lost any fitness. It takes weeks on inactivity to do that! (I have an article about how long it takes to lose fitness if interested). Best of luck to you!
