Great question! You can either eat a carb-dominant snack the night before or you can also drink some carbs and calories in a sports drink. Hope that helps!

I’m training for a marathon and putting in some serious mileage. I’ve experienced quite a bit of hair shedding (more than “normal” I would say). And to be totally honest, I went into this not prioritizing nutrition— big mistake on my end. Have you experienced this side effect of running? I made an appt at my OB this week and will request to have my hormones tested. Thank you again for this information!
