I have loved IF as a lifestyle but read this and worry about injury per the science you quote. What about for those of us long distance runners who reeeeeeaaaallly don’t like running with food in the belly? Is coffee with 1-2 tablespoons of whole milk sufficient for a 6-7 mile morning run?
